Customer-supplied parts
Before bringing the car in, send the part references and ask the workshop to check compatibility. Ask for written details of any checks, dismantling and charges for incompatible parts, and how you agree to them.
Does a noise mean the pads must be changed?
Not necessarily. A check is needed to identify the source of the noise; the advisor does not choose a part based on this symptom alone.
Does rear brake pad replacement cost the same?
Labour for rear brake pads is 72 €–84 € incl. VAT, excluding parts. We check the brake setup, parking brake and component condition before confirming the quote.
Can I bring my own parts?
We prefer to supply the parts. If a customer-supplied part is incompatible, a charge of 50% of the planned labour for the affected job applies, in place of the full labour charge for that job.
